Experience in HVAC, working in a warehouse, sales or retail background desired!

Responsibilities will be split between counter-sales and preparing orders for pickup or delivery. In a customer-facing role, the successful candidate in this position will evaluate customer needs, make recommendations, and process orders. The associate will also ensure the proper stocking and distribution of Lennox-branded and other HVAC related products and supplies.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The position will require being on-call some evenings and weekends on a rotating basis, for which the associate will be compensated.


Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; post-secondary education preferred.

Good oral, written, and communication skills.

Proficient computer skills – Prior SAP access a benefit.

Require forklift certification or willingness to train.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

General HVAC knowledge is a strong advantage.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.

Must be able to work within Canada.
