Job Description

The Allied Air Marketing Team has a simple mission: build our brands, drive demand, and achieve marketing excellence in all we do. To do that, we need you: an elite marketer with the vision, motivation, and desire to be the best and nothing less.

The Manager, Marketing Automation is the strategic owner of the Allied Air communications strategy, spanning email, web, social media, and other channels. In this newly-created role, you have the opportunity to establish the overarching strategy and foundational principles that will elevate our communications to industry-leading status. Working with the Director of Marketing, you will be empowered to build strategies for our Pardot marketing automation platform, lead management, content creation and customer segmentation with a focus on results.

In addition to the roles already mentioned, you will:

  • Create and execute a unified communications strategy and calendar incorporating all Allied Air brands, products, programs, and internal teams

  • Create a segmentation strategy for our customers, overhauling our contact lists to ensure messages are appropriately targeted to a variety of audience

  • Manage in-house graphic design resources to drive communications initiatives in addition to supporting the organization’s other requirements to maximize efficiency and quality of output

  • Act as owner of the Pardot marketing automation platform

  • Improve email design, deliverability, and key performance metrics though leveraging internal and agency resources

  • Develop a lead generation and lead management strategy for each of our product categories, generating a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.

  • Create and execute a content creation and management strategy to ensure content on our digital properties remains fresh and relevant.

  • Collaborate with brand marketing and product management to introduce new products

  • Create and implement strategies for nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle

  • Generate insightful reports analyzing campaign effectiveness

  • Identify each internal team’s communication needs and implement a process for capturing and delivering their requests

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

  • At least 8 years related experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, engagement-tracking tools, media engagement tools, and social media tools.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data metrics and respond
