This position requires a multidisciplinary approach to technology and business to uncover insights from product and sales data. You will help breakdown business challenges into data-driven problems. You will create predictive and prescriptive models using large data sets (product, sales, marketing, etc.). In this role, you will create data visualizations and give presentations to business stakeholders to help aid in their decision making.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales and product data that currently resides in the Qlik data stream. You will be responsible for working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field)
Minimum of 5 years experience in developing business analytics solutions, focusing on requirements gathering, predictive modeling and effective visualization of insights
Experience in extracting, cleaning, preparing and modeling data
Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI)
Advanced experience in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools
Experience in leading cross functional teams and data streams
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word expert proficiency
